Data controller

What data I collect

I only collect the data you provide yourself: your name and email address when you email me or book a call (via Calendly), and your email address when you sign up for the newsletter. This website does not use tracking cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry, carry out booked calls and send the newsletter. The legal basis is legitimate interest (contact and bookings) and consent (the newsletter). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every mailing.

How long the data is kept

Data is only kept for as long as it is needed for its purpose. Your newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who has access to the data

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the tools I use for booking (Calendly) and the newsletter (MailerLite), which may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA based on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, object to the processing and request data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – IMY in Sweden or the AEPD in Spain.
