How we work
In the early stage, the most important investment is not more consulting hours – it is your own understanding. That is why I work here with a coaching method, grounded in my coaching training: I ask the questions that make you think for yourself, teach you the method step by step and stay close until it sticks. You do the work – and that is exactly why the knowledge stays with you. We work in parallel with the numbers and with what lies behind them – feelings, avoidance and blockages – to create clarity and release energy that drives growth.
