The established company

Qualified support at your side

For you as CEO of an established company who needs a senior financial partner as the bridge between the accounting – firm or finance manager – and the strategic decisions you and your management team make.

How we work

In an established company the numbers usually already exist – at the firm, in the systems, in the reports. What is missing is someone who translates them into strategy. I step in as your financial sounding board: asking the right questions, analysing the current situation and making sure you have what you need to lead.

100 days of CEO support

A focused programme for you who are new in the CEO role or want to deepen your understanding of forecasts and financial reporting. For 100 days we work closely together, in three phases:

  • Phase 1 – Current state and review. We go through the company's finances from the ground up: results, balance sheet, liquidity and the reporting from the firm or finance manager. You get a clear picture of where the company stands and what the numbers actually say.
  • Phase 2 – Forecast and structure. We build the forecast and reporting structure: a forecast model adapted to the company and a monthly reporting package that gives you as CEO the right material, at the right time.
  • Phase 3 – Strategy and decisions. We apply the forecast and the material to real decisions about the strategy ahead – and anchor the way of working so it lasts beyond the programme.

Throughout the programme you get regular check-ins, reviews of the company's reports and ongoing access to me between meetings for questions and as a sounding board.

After the 100 days I know both the company and you as a leader – and can offer an ongoing monthly support package with an updated forecast, a monthly review and continued support, adapted to your needs.

What's included

  • Current-state analysis – the right starting point, the right quality, the right pace.
  • Forecasts and financial material – thorough and understandable, ready for the board and strategic decisions.
  • An experienced sounding board – someone to think out loud with before the big choices.

The result

A CEO who understands the finances in depth, an accounting function that delivers what management actually needs – and decisions that rest on solid ground.
